The YUBA Local Agency Formation Commission is committed to serving the citizens, governmental agencies, and applicants of its jurisdiction by using its authority, knowledge and expertise to make beneficial changes in the structure of public agencies through special studies, programs and actions resulting in the resolution of conflicts; orderly growth, development and governance of communities within Yuba County; cost-effective delivery of services; and timely processing of applications."
Yuba LAFCo is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Yuba LAFCo
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
